自动的第三方结算产品--3PL Billing

    将海关，运输，仓储、进出货，和增值服务等仓储业务的费用和成本，通过设置Billing Rule，能自动在系统中计算，为财务人员提供方便。
    系统分成三大块，Master Data、Operation Data, Billing Maintain。Master Data 中包括Project、Site、Hub、Address、Cargo Group、Currency、Exchange Rate、Payment Term、Customer Setup、Agent Setup，其中Customer 和Agent的Setup界面中，还要根据实际情况，对不同的Billing 算法提供不同的 Rule设定。Operation Data可以通过EDI从其他系统导入，也可以通过OP手工输入，主要包括Warehousing、Customs、Transportation、Value-add Service等数据，Billing Rule也是针对这些数据会有不同的设定。Billing Maintain，是给财务人员使用的，可以根据设定的Billing Rule，自动计算出费用和成本。
